The loss of a loved one is a difficult process, and more so if you are far from home. That's why at KarmaToMoksh we help those who need it most to be home once again.

The Challenge

Unclaimed bodies pile up for a host of reasons: they could be people who lost their lives in road and rail accidents, or people who died far from home – pilgrims, migrants, old people abandoned by their children.

Part of the problem

Some impoverished patients die in hospitals with no one to take care of the funeral or many are not able to have a proper funeral due to their family’s financial restraints. As sad as it is for the departed, it is even worse what those feel who are not able to make even the basic funeral arrangements. It is the last act you perform for your loved one and it kills to not be able to do it well.

Comprehensive Support

We have started an initiative to enable those who are unable to perform the last rites for their loved ones’ demise. The funds collected will be directed to third party organizations that are active in the field, burying or cremating unclaimed bodies or assisting the underprivileged in making arrangements for the funeral of their loved ones.

Who we are

Shree Hari Ram Gupta is a man of principles, self-made and virtuous, he comes from a very humble background from the origin of a small town Katra, Vaishno Devi near Jammu Tawi, and upholds his humility and gratitude despite his achievements. He has a basic rule to live by, ‘Never hurt anyone’ He believes in giving what he has in excess and has been a philanthropist throughout his life. Losing his parents at a very tender age, he firsthand knows that sorrow and always prioritizes his family first.
